#1 Zoe Spirra completed the task.

I found my cube hiding in the lobby of The Fine Arts Building, 410 S. Michigan Avenue. I am an artist (painter) and have Studio #522 in that venerable building, which is filled with diverse creative types. For my project, I took photos of people who came by my space during our January 8 Open Studio event. You can see some of my work in one medium (traditional Chinese ink and watercolor) in the background. I also do contemporary abstract acrylic/mixed media work. The FAB Artists Collective hosts open studios on the second Friday of every month--free and open to the public. It seemed appropriate to use the Red Cube to give people a look inside a pre-modern space being put to modern-and-beyond artistic uses.
